    Terms & Conditions

     

     

  • Anyone between 14-18 wishing to shoot must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years old.

  • All Rifles must be under 12ftlb & No Pistols.

  • No smoking unless in designated areas.

  • All Guns can  be Chronograph Tested, any Rifle over 12ftlb will be not allowed to shoot.

  • ID may be asked for if you appear to be under 18 years, No ID No shooting, (only Photo ID will be accepted)

  • All decisions Made by Toy Soldiers staff are final.

  • Although you are fully insured by Toy Soldiers you will be liable for Any excess not covered or £200 whichever is smallest.

  • Toy Soldiers does not cover you against personal injury caused by trip hazards, falling over due this is a natural environment for the activity.

  • Toy Soldiers have No Legal obligation to Chronograph test or keep Records of the result of any Air Rifle unless it is owned or hired by Toy Soldiers.

  • Toy soldiers will not provide insurance for any person if there Air Rifle is over 12ftlb and will not validate any claim or accept any liability for any event if the Air Rifle that is owned or used or  found to be over 12ftlb by investigation by Toy Soldiers  or Police.

  • If any injury or damage to persons, livestock or property by an Air Rifle Toy Soldiers  will only validate a claim if the Air Rifle is retained by Toy Soldiers  from a manufacture Chronograph test

  • Toy Soldiers will cover all cost for the manufacture chronograph test and return to a designated Authorised dealer unless the Air Rifle is found to be over 12ftlb for which the full cost and expenses will be liable for payment by the owner or user of the Air Rifle.

  • If an Air Rifle is found to be over 12ftlb Toy Soldiers will inform the Police and Pass on all details.

  • An insurance Waiver and Declaration 21 must be signed before the start of each shoot.

  • If by investigation by Toy Soldiers and/or Police you are found to have Not Complied with our terms & conditions you will be liable for all cost and compensation Paid out by Toy Soldiers and Legal proceedings by Toy soldiers and/or Police.

  • All Deposits are non refundable.

  • All payments must be cleared 7 days before shoot date

  • Membership payments must be cleared on or before 1st of each month of payment, failure to pay on time could result in missed shoots or cancellation of membership.

  • No membership payments will be refunded.

  • In the event of adverse weather or any other reason beyond our control, it may mean that the Shoot or experience has to be cancelled and/or re-booked. In this instance the experience provider is unable to refund any travel / hotel expenses.
  • Event finish times may vary depending on daylight hours
  • Your shoot is only booked when payment has been received, if someone else books and pays in full you may lose your space  

 

    Our Shoot only refund Policy 

     

     

  • If Toy Soldiers cancels the shoot for any reason within our control you will be able to rebook at no extra cost.

  • If you cancel the shoot for any reason with more than 7 days Notice a credit of 50% will be offered & held against a future Shoot

  • If you cancel in less than 7 days of the shoot no Credit will be offered or implied
  • No Refund available on bespoke or special events 

  • In the event of adverse weather or any other reason beyond our control, it may mean that the experience has to be cancelled before the event or on the day of event. In this instance the experience provider is unable to refund any travel / hotel expenses or any other costs that have incurred due to the cancellation of the experience.

    Gift Voucher Terms 

     

Gift Voucher Bookings:

 

  • Once a Voucher is purchased, the onus is on the recipient to book their day within the expiry date period. It is advised that this is done as soon as is practicable. Once a booking has been made & the day allocated, the voucher/experience recipient is bound by these terms and conditions & is to complete the experience or forfeit / pay a re-booking fee (extension fee) to re-book another day. Your day is unique & once a booking is made, we are unable to alter it (the booking should be treated the same as tickets for a sporting event or concert. It has to be realised, on that particular day) Guests are welcome to attend certain experiences with voucher recipients however there is a charge of £25 per each extra guest. A maximum of 3 guests are allowed to attend with the main voucher recipient to a maximum of 4 persons in total. If 2 persons have participating vouchers then the guests attending are restricted to 2. If 3 persons have participating vouchers then the guest attending is restricted to 1. In the event that Guests wish to participate in the handling & flying on the day booked by the main voucher recipient, the balance to obtain a full voucher can be settled on the day. Targets & Talons Gift Voucher can be used All year but there will be no Hunting with hawks between 1st March – 1st October.  Min of 14 days notice is required to book your day.

    Cancellations :

 

  • We require 21 days minimum notice from the date booked, for cancellations. In the event a booking is cancelled by the customer, a £40.00 extension fee will be charged to re-book the day, so long as the voucher is still valid. Extensions are NOT available for vouchers that have been allowed to expire. If for any reason we have to cancel your experience, we will inform you as soon as possible & do our very best to offer an alternative date at no extra charge.

    Vouchers are not refundable under any circumstances.

     

  • We reserve the right to cancel, alter or amend any experience event, timings or content.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue the activity should it be deemed necessary.

  • We reserve the right to alter or change any part of the experience or product on offer without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel at short notice.

 

    Weather Related Cancellations

     

     

  •  In the event of adverse weather or any other reason beyond our control, it may mean that the experience has to be cancelled & re-booked. In this instance the experience provider is unable to refund any travel / hotel expenses or any other costs that have incurred due to the cancellation of the experience.

 

    Images

     

  •  Any images/photographs/videos taken by Toy Soldiers or Steven Charlton Falconry and or associates, of experiences persons &/or birds remain the sole property of Toy Soldiers or Steven Charlton Falconry for use & distribution as Toy Soldiers or Steven Charlton Falconry sees fit.  

 

    Statutory Rights & Complaints:

     

  • These terms & conditions do not alter your statutory rights as a consumer & are governed by & in accordance with English Law.
  • The  purchaser, voucher/experience recipient & Toy soldiers and or Steven Charlton Falconry agree that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of English courts.
  • All clauses & sub clauses in our terms & conditions are independent of each other. If any one of the said clauses is invalid, this will not affect any other clause or sub clause.

  • Please make any complaint direct to the experience provider.

Our Alcohol Policy & Drug Policy

 

  1. Customers are not permitted to bring any alcohol,
  2. Alcohol may be allowed and if agreed will be supplied by Toy Soldiers & All Guns will be sercured upon breach of first Can or Bottle.
  3. it is not permitted to bring any  illegal Drugs onto our site for any reason whatsoever.
  4. Any person found to be in breach of this policy will be asked to leave the site with immediate effect with no refund offered & the local Police force will be informed of the situation.
  5. Remember By law you are responsible for your actions whist under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs regardless of circumstance or reason.

    Alone in the Dark Speical Terms(all Normal Terms & condition still apply)

    1. All sCustomers must be over 18 years of Age.

    2. Anyone appearing under 18 Must bring photo Id (driving licence or passport only).

    3. If you cannot prove over 18 as above you will not be allowed to shoot and asked to leave the Site with no refund offered or implied.

    4. You are not permitted to bring any alcohol or illegal Narcotics.

    5. Anyone found in precession of any alcohol or illegal Narcotics will be asked to leave the site regardless of time & local Police authority will be informed.

    6. If you are on legal medication that alters your perception of yourself or your surroundings in any way you should not do this event.

    7. To be allowed to shoot after dark up to 12midnight you must do the following

    8. Have on your persons a suitable Torch (not supplied)

    9. Be in contact with Base camp at all times (supplied)

    10. Have on your person a whistle for emergency use & in case of Communication Failure (supplied)

    11. You must return to your camp area or base camp if requested without hesitation.

    12. Have suitable night time clothing (cold weather) not supplied

    13. Have your camp site Fire alight for Returning

    14. Toysoldiers air Rifle & Survival staff do not need to give any reason whatsoever for requesting you return your camp area without explanation

    15. Toy soldiers Air Rifle & Survival staff may at any time for heath & safety reason put all sites back to base camp without explanation

      

    By booking a shoot with Toy Soldiers  you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions,
    Any persons found to be not complying with any of the terms & conditions will be escorted from the premises with no refund and if deemed necessary the police will be informed, legal action will be taken to recover any losses Toy Soldiers and third parties may have incurred. Toy Soldiers reserves the right to Change at any time without Notice Any and All of the terms & Condition.
