Term's & Conditions
1, We do not offer refund due to bad weather or lack of Quarry.
2, Age 14-17 will be allowed to shoot providing they are accompanied by an adult over 21 years old.
3, All Rifles must be under 12ftlb & No Pistols.
4, No Alcohol must be taken to the site, if agreed this will be supplied by Toy Soliders for Weekend and overnight shoots only.
5, No smoking unless in desinated area's.
6, All Guns will be Chronographe Tested, any Rifle over 12ftlb will be not allowed to shoot.
7, ID may be asked for if we beleave you are under 18 years, no ID No shooting, (only Photo ID will be acepted)
8, All decisions Made by Marshall's are final.
9, Althought you are fully insured by Toy Soldiers you will be liable for Any excess not covered or £200 whichever is smallest.
10.We will not cover you against injury to yourself if you are not dressed appropriately or do not have appropriate footware for the activity.
11. Toy Solidres have No Legal obligation to Chronograph test or keep Records of the result of any Air Rifle unless it is owned or hired by Toy Soliders .
12. Toy soldiers will not provide insurance for any person if there Air Rifle is over 12ftlb and will not validate any claim or accept any liability for any event if the Air Rifle that is owned or used os found to be over 12ftlb by investigation by ToySoldiers or Police.
13.If any injury or damage to persons, livestock or property by an Air Rifle Toy Soldiers will only validate a claim if the Air Rifle is retained by Toy Soldiers from a manufacure Chronongraph test
14. Toy Soldiers will cover all cost for the manufacure chronograph test and return to a desginated Autherise dealer unless the Air Rifle is found to be over 12ftlb for which the full cost and expenssis will be liable for payment by the owner or user of the Air Rifle.
15. If an Air Rifle is found to be over 12ftlb Toy Soliders will inform the Police and Pass on all details.
16. An insurance Waiver and Declaration 21 must be signed before the start of each shoot.
17. If by investigation by Toy Soldiers and/or Police you are found to have Not Complied with our terms & conditions you will be liable for all cost and compensation Paid out by Toy Soliders and Legal procedings by Toy soldiers and/or Police.
18. All Deposits are non refundable.
19. All payments must be cleared 7 days before shoot date
20. Membership payments must be cleared on or before 1st of each month of payment, failure to pay on time could result in missed shoots or cancellation of membership.
21. No membership payments will be fefunded if terms and conditions are broken.
OUR REFUND POLICY
1, If Toy soldiers cancels the shoot for any reason a full refund will be offered.
2, If you cancel the shoot for any reason 24hrs before the shoot a full refund less the £10 nonrefundable deposit will be refunded
3, if you cancel in less than 24hrs of the shoot a full refund less the £10 non refundable deposit will be held as a credit against your next shoot, this must be used within 28 days of cancellation.
4, If the weather changes durning the day we do not offer any refund...
By booking a shoot with Toy Soldiers you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions,
Any persons found to be not complying with any of the terms & conditions will be escorted from the premises with no refund and if deemed necessary the police will be informed, legal action will be taken to recover any losses Toy Soldiers and third parties may have incurred.
