FAQ
A: No unfortunatly by law we need to provide full insurance cover for everyone on our shoot
A: If your Rifle is over 12ftlb then you will require a Firearms licence, our insurance does not cover FAC so you will not be able to shoot with that Rifle, we do Have hire Rifles which are charged at £10 per day, we will not refund .
Q: Can i take what i shoot?
A: Yes.
Q: I am between the age of 14 -17 can i shoot?
A: YES but you will need a fully responsable adult to come with you, Also there will be an extra insurance premium to pay
Q: i am between 14-17 will the reponsably adult have to pay?
A: YES
Q: i am between 14-17 can i Hire a rifle
A: No it is against the law for you to hire an Air Rifle, However but we will be happy to lend you one
Q: i am under 14 can i shoot?
A: NO
Q: can i come on a Survival courses if i dont want to shoot
A: YES our shoots are optional
Q: Can i get a refund if i cancel 24hrs before the shoot?
A: YES a full credit less £10 non refundable deposit will be held in credit against your next shoot.
Q: Can i get a refund if i cancel less than before the shoot?
A: YES a full credit less £10 non refundable deposit will be held against your next shoot, but must be used in 28 days
Q: Do i pay the £10 non refundable deposit on top of the shoot cost?
A: NO it is included in the cost of the shoot?
Q: Can i get a refund for bad weather?
A: We will always check the Met office Website to check Weather on the two days leading up to a shoot, if we feel that the weather will not be suitable we will cancel the shoot and offer a full refund(incl deposit)
Q: Can i get a Refund for bad weather on the day of the shoot?
A: If the shoot goes ahead but the weather changes during the day we do not offer any refund as that is out of our control.
Q: Can i get a refund if Toy Soldiers cancels the shoot for other reason
A: YES WE WILL OFFER A FULL REFUND IF WE CANCEL THE SHOOT FOR ANY REASON, THIS WILL INCLUDE THE £10 DEPOSIT
